Local Access to Salty Acres Year Round?

We are starting the process of guaging interest for locals who would like access to Salty Acres (outside of renting the airbnb), via a private club. This will be the Only Way for locals to be able to enjoy this special property. We are getting everything together to submit for permitting for this to Pender County. Some preliminary pricing is below. Kids are over 8 are 1/2 price after the parent’s membership & Under 8 would be free.

A 60 acre private riding club?

We would love to open up a VERY limited amount of memberships each year for access to our airbnb riding grounds year round for locals. This would be the ONLY WAY to ride at Salty Acres (besides renting the airbnb). This will of course depend on Pender County’s approval of a special use permit for us to move forward on this dream.

100% of these funds will go back into improving the tracks and property. We have big plans to bring in some of the most famous track builders and these funds will help this happen sooner. Imagine having access to your own private Pro Motocross track!
